After finishing the previous task, chatting with Frank gets this one. He sends you down to talk to Lasna Charoon (Findable) at -207, 750, -18.

She tells you to go kill Abe Blinkin. This mob spawns at 209, -904, 2 on the far east side of the zone.
Next kill Tiffy WInters. This mob spawns at 781, -324, 1 This vampire slayer is on the north east part of the zone.
Next, run back and hail Lasna.
Now go kill Lukan. This mob spawns at 726, 379, 4 This Lycan errr were.. thing is on the far north end of the zone.
Off to kill Beaumont. This mob spawns at 381, 1090, 8 on the far north west side of the zone in the south cave.
Back to Lasna to fill her in again.
Kill Hans Velsing. This mob spawns at -37, 167, 4 This vampire slay ... err guy can be found in the mid southern part of the zone.
Back to Lasna one last time and then finally back to Frank to finish.

We're having a slight problem in that we're being... Um, how do I put this? We're being flanked by vampire [hunters] while we're also juggling the war to the south.' You say, 'Vampire hunters?' Frank says, 'Well, to be honest, while you would think that we would be quite powerful and could take them out easily, I wasn't exactly strong when I was alive, so supercharging my mediocrity with vampire abilities is, well... you get the idea. Adventurers, however? You'll be fine.' He gives a reassuring smile. 'The source you'll want to contact for details on the local hunters is Lasna Cheroon, who has a stakeout location to the southwest and down one level. [Talk to her] and she can share the latest information.' You say, 'I'll talk to Lasna.' Frank says, 'Thank you. We really do appreciate it.' You have been assigned the task 'Who Hunts the Hunters'. Lasna Cheroon is located in the southwest part of the zone. She's on Find (Ctrl+F). You say, 'Hail, Abe Blinkin' Abe Blinkin says, 'There is no greater danger, adventurer. I shall kill them all!' You say, 'Hail, Tiffy Winters' Tiffy Winters gently files her nails. 'Can you [leave]? I have things I need to be doing.' You say, 'I was just about to ask if you could leave.' Tiffy Winters says, 'I can't leave. Believe me, I want to. I'd rather be shopping in Felwithe's [fashion] district. If I don't take care of these vamps, they're going to take over.' You say, 'Yes, please go shopping for fashion rather than spending time looking for vampires.' Tiffy Winters says, 'Is that really the way you want to die? Insulting my hobbies?' You say, 'Hail, Lasna Cheroon' Lasna Cheroon says, 'You did well, mortal. Better than I would have thought. While you were gone, I received some intel on the locations of a couple more targets. First, west of the massive falls to the north I'm told a lycan hunter lies in wait. The next target after that is a hunter hiding out in one of the northwestern bat caves.' You say, 'Hail, Beaumont' You say, 'I'm here on behalf of the vampires.' Beaumont says, 'Are you now? Well, well. That's quite a twist. Now you're going to tell me that you're here to [fight] rather than talk, yes?' You say, 'Yes, indeed. Not only to fight, but to kill you.' You say, 'Hail, Lasna Cheroon' Lasna Cheroon says, 'Lovely, I can still smell the lycanthropic blood on you.' She snarls briefly in disgust. 'That said, you've done well to rid us of the hunters. My sources say there's one more that is about to strike, looking to strike at the central ruins. If it's who I think it is, he's a veteran of vampire hunting, so mind yourself.' You say, 'Hail, Hans Velsing' Hans Velsing says, 'You claim to know the bigger picture, but I cannot stand idly by when a fellow living being defends the most dangerous vampires of our time. Prepare yourself.' You say, 'Hail, Lasna Cheroon' Lasna Cheroon says, 'Finally, that is a relief. That's one less thing to worry about. I recommend moving with haste to update Frank.' Under her breath, she adds, 'If only because you're making me hungry and I need to focus.' You say, 'Hail, Frank' Frank says, 'That is a relief. I know it may not seem like much, especially from a vampire, but you did the right thing and we really appreciate it.'
