If you have come to rescue him, then you will need to find your way to the Plane of Shadow where he is being held. There is a way to the Shadowed Valley, wherein the Basilica of Adumbration can be found, but you I suggest you defeat the leaders of the akheva first, Shei Vinitras and the great Prophet Aten Ha Ra. I can send you into Ka Vethan to a place near where Shei Vinitras worships, if you are willing. However, you will want to bring a [large] number of flesh creatures with you. I can send whatever [small] group you wish, I suppose, but your success would be very unlikely. Or, I can send you to the foyer of Aten Ha Ra's chamber and certain death. Defeat Shei Vinitras 0/1 Ka Vethan Quest Text: Shei Vinitras is organizing the Akhevans to take over Luclin. End his influence. Shei Vinitras must be defeated while dealing with a few mechanics: - Casts a reverse DS on the tank - Casts detrimental spells on a random PC that must be cured in 20 seconds. There is text and an emote associated with these spells, the phrase is: Shei Vinitras shouts, 'Soandso, You are unworthy.'. Radiant cure, single target cures, and Paladin splash all work to cure these. Each spell has 20 counters. - Every so often datiar xi tavuelim will spawn on the platform. This is accompanied by an emote: A datiar xi tavuelim takes a moment to gain its bearings. This is an orange alien looking NPC. These must be mezed or rooted (snare does not work) to banish them. If not done within about 8 seconds, they will become active and start attacking. After a short period of time attacking, they will explode causing significant damage. - About every 90 seconds, dator xi xavuelim will spawn and slowly make its way into the room and up the platform to Shei Vinitras. If it reaches Shei, it will heal Shei by 10%. If your group has the DPS, you can ignore these and just DPS through the heals. If not, you'll have to kill them before they approach Shei and heal. They do not attack back and they vanish once they heal Shei. Once dator xi xavuelim heals Shei, there is an emote: A dator xi xavuelim heals Shei Vinitras. Upon defeating Shei Vinitras, you see text/emote: Congratulations, you have successfully completed the Running with Shears, Don't Cut the Strings, and Mending Ways achievements. if you have completed any of the Conquest achievements during the quest and only the first time. 2. Just stand on the little ledge that runs out alongside the ramps up to Shei. Stay out of melee range on characters/mercs and pets will tank.
Keep in mind Shei will summon someone at the very start of the fight if you don't get a pet on her quickly. Just back them up and pets will take over.
Ignore the healer mobs and full burn Shei. From what I can tell you don't save a lot of time trying to stop them healing versus just focusing on Shei. Especially when you have to chase them around and worry about line of sight if boxing multiple toons.
Root/mez the orange dudes that pop to get them to despawn.
Cure the "soandso is not worthy" dot before it wears off to avoid that player being DTed. Keep in mind it sometimes immediately reapplies another dot to the player after curing the first, and you need to cure both.

I have a group all 120 Toons mostly fairly well geared. My group contains my SK, Mage, Necro, Shaman, Rogue, and Zerker. I have gotten him down to 2% about 20+ times and wiped at that point. Is there something I am missing ...it so, please enlighten me!

There's some mechanic to prevent quick burns where she can not be killed until at least what seems like 6 of the guys that need to be mezzed spawn, it's either like 6 of those or a couple of the blue ones or some combo of both? but t basically you cant just burn your way through and have to let mobs spawn and deal with them.

Tank and a bit of dps on her. Ive been told there is a penalty for having too many people on the platform with her (taking a lot of damage periodically) but we dont stand up there so I cant confirm it. Meanwhile adds will spawn, orange looking centi guys that you kill by rooting (Ive heard mezz also works but I cant verify that). You will also get akhevan adds that are non-agro, spawn in the corners of the downstairs room (aka not on the platform) and path to Shei. If they reach her they heal her 10-12ish % health (achie for allowing 2 to reach her). Chase and kill to avoid the heals.
Shei casts "Mark of Vinitras" uncurable, heal thru/ignore it.
Meanwhile there is a targeted debuff (Touch of Vinitras) with poison and corruption phases. (Cleric used Expurgated Blood to remove all the counters. Emote for the person targeted is "XXX, You are unworthy.) Failing to cure is a large chunk of damage but survivable with full tov raid gear). There is an achi for curing it every time it lands.
Kill the adds, kill Shei, chest pops.
