Killed Flow, then waiting on Ice to de-spawn and spawn Iceflow. It took a while, don't have exact timing, but at least 5 min maybe up to 10. Just be patient.
I did Flow first so now I only have to do Ice, which is the first one to spawn in the serious and left no room for error.
