The pieces are named similar but they are assigned to the right collections according to the achievements in game.
The items descriptions to what collection they belong to aren't finished or are wrong from what I've seen which in this particular collection, they show on the items to be apart of the More Lost Journals but the collection achievement itself in game show they belong to Lost Journals.
