You can obtain this quest from Quincy Algernope in Dragon Necropolis. You can find him at /loc 1711, -387, -27 at the mid part of the zone near the north wall and is on the find tool CTRL F.

You say, 'Hail, Quincy Algernope'

Quincy Algernope looks sheepishly at the ground then back at you, 'Hello, my name is Quincy and I have a [problem] that only a strong person can help with. Maybe you can help?'

You say, 'problem'

Quincy Algernope's voice gets softer as he mumbles something under his breath. You have a hard time hearing them. Perhaps you should consider asking them to speak up.

You say, 'Can you speak up?'

Quincy Algernope lets out a scared squeak and winces. He then takes a moment to collect himself as he addresses you. You can tell that his emotions are getting the best of him as his eyes well up with tears. 'I, I'm [sorry]. I just, it's been so scary here as of late and I'm not a strong warrior like my kin.'

You say, ' Don't be sorry, what's happening?'

Quincy Algernope says, 'Hi! Yes! Thank you for talking to me, but there are a few serious issues that need to be investigated and nobody else will listen to me. For starters we have the [lava keepers], there is also the [restless dead] wandering around in the tunnels below. There is another [issue] that will need to be addressed as well, but that one requires a bit more finesse.'

You say, ' Let's get rid of the restless dead!'

You have been assigned the task 'Restless Mice'.

Quincy Algernope says, 'The restless dead have found their way into our home under the necropolis. It's too dangerous for us to forage for food down there. We don't know how they even got down there considering most of the restless ice is coming from that dragon's room. It may be best for our kind if we at least try to stop the spread of the ice. Please exterminate any of the restless dead you find. Less of them means a return to normalcy someday.'



Task Window Text: The restless ice has found its way into the Dragon Necropolis. Though it is not spreading as fast as it is in other areas, the infected may still spread further. Make sure that they can't expand any further by destroying a few.
