You can obtain this quest from Quincy Algernope in Dragon Necropolis. You can find him at /loc 1711, -387, -27 at the mid part of the zone near the north wall and is on the find tool CTRL F.

You say, 'Hail, Quincy Algernope'

Quincy Algernope looks sheepishly at the ground then back at you, 'Hello, my name is Quincy and I have a [problem] that only a strong person can help with. Maybe you can help?'

You say, 'problem'

Quincy Algernope's voice gets softer as he mumbles something under his breath. You have a hard time hearing them. Perhaps you should consider asking them to speak up.

You say, 'Can you speak up?'

Quincy Algernope lets out a scared squeak and winces. He then takes a moment to collect himself as he addresses you. You can tell that his emotions are getting the best of him as his eyes well up with tears. 'I, I'm [sorry]. I just, it's been so scary here as of late and I'm not a strong warrior like my kin.'

You say, ' Don't be sorry, what's happening?'

Quincy Algernope says, 'Hi! Yes! Thank you for talking to me, but there are a few serious issues that need to be investigated and nobody else will listen to me. For starters we have the [lava keepers], there is also the [restless dead] wandering around in the tunnels below. There is another [issue] that will need to be addressed as well, but that one requires a bit more finesse.'

You say, ' Tell me about the lava keepers'

Quincy Algernope says, 'The lava keepers in the crematorium have been getting more and more abundant. Normally this isn't a problem as the crematorium has its own way of regulating the lava keeper population, but something went [wrong].'

You say, 'wrong'

You have been assigned the task 'The Founder's Keepers'.

Quincy Algernope says, 'I don't know, I can't get close enough to find out why. I'm...' Quincy's eyes begin to glisten as you can see tears welling up again, 'I'm too afraid. But I do know that removing some of the keepers will help the situation. Could you please do that?'

Task Window Text: The lava keepers have been more active as of late. This has caused the temperature in the crematorium to reach dangerous levels. Take out a few of the keepers in order to help maintain the proper temperature.

You can find these in the southeast area in the lava tubes.
