You can obtained this quest from Adella Undertow in Cobalt Scar at 1780, 1773, -20 on the west side of the old sirens grotto, first underwater tunnel to the left as you drop down into the water from the old entrance. She is on the find tool CTRL F.

    You can find a lot of sirens under water and around the wrecked ship under water before the cave to the SG area.

    The three sirens over the underwater wreck (north of Skyshrine) are static and can be fought in situ without adds.
    Be careful with the two sirens over rocks to the west of the wreck, the sharks path through the area but don't seem to assist on a siren pull.
