I have found these and the other set Fading Embers https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=9407 in various locations as Wadin has posted. There is a spawn spot at the Stratos entrance just outside the fence to the south. 2 spots at the Ash zone area. Three spots in Amphitheater, three in Trial of Three area (underwater in center is one), three in Cyclone area, several in cliffs (must climb the rocks) and spread out in wending ways ( ledge below and just outside southern entrance). I have never seen any on the central hub or up top in the cyclone area.
