In the area of Arcstone that has several tree root types of mobs, this mob seems to be able to spawn in place of any of the trash. Basically kill off trash and he'll eventually pop. He dropped Shadestich Sleeves (+65HP and +60 mana int caster arms), Heartseed Pod, Shambling Vegetables, Gray Orb of Taroknock the Eigth and the Spirit Mark of Earth.
Sundersky adds
# Apr 05 2006 at 10:01 AM Rating: Decent
The adds that spawn when Sundersky, Sire of Storms is pulled are not all called Blizzards. the north add is Blizzard of the North Wind, I'd have to do him again to sort the others out properly but west add is I believe Gale of the West Wind and the other two have different names as well (all storm related, I think one is Tempest but dont remember which direction it goes with).

Shrine of Druzzil Ro
# Mar 31 2006 at 3:18 AM Rating: Decent
Loc is -344 -617 in Arcstone

Anybody know what this mob(?) is? Red con to me at level 70, and indifferent, tried hailing and no response at all. Handed Arcstone Herd Master Horn to it (don't know what that is for either, figured what the heck) and got the response back in yellow text:
The crystal sits on the shrine for a moment before it becomes obvious that no response is coming. Perhaps you have not proven yourself worthy of Druzil Ro's attention.

Figure is some progression quest, just looking to see if anybody has further information.

Arcstone Ore Vein

It was a giant egg, in the Colossus area (Colossus himself was not up, but the Overseer listed and several generic golems and these eggs were) that conned white to 70. It was no 'open' object, that's for sure. Indifferent con. I sent a weak pet after it, it landed a hit but my gate finished before anything happened. The pet died, but this mob was still indifferent (i didnt get any combat data in my chat window, and didnt get to see if any mobs added). It's attackable, anyway.

Something to note about Arcstone is many of the mobs don't show up on track (Druid - can't say about Ranger/Bard): Stillsheen, Thorn, Seed(pod?). Probably more but that is all I can attest to. I also haven't looked but am thinking the 5 cloak mobs aren't trackable either. I am also of the mindset that each "zone" probably has at least 2 named mobs. Fire has 3, seen 2 roots, know of 2 air. Have only seen 1 undead and 1 water though. Haven't spent much time killing the wolves or mobs that aren't tied to spirit marks or involved with the Relic quests. Bp and legs are the only no drop spirit marks that I have seen (have legs, helm, and boots). Has anyone found a quest that relates to the air drops? They all seem to have a drop similar to the other mobs you need to kill for the relic quests.

On a side note the helm for Iksar is a yellow cow skull. The rest seem to be brown leather though the BP could be different I guess.

Tracking in Arcstone seems to be quite messed up at best.

The only mobs I have noticed on my bards track that do not show up, are the named mobs you need for the Back slot evolving item.

Other than that, all mobs appear on track, although it may take some running around to locat them on track.

For instance, you cannot track the treant type mobs from Firling Camp, but you can track the Wind type mobs from firling camp.

From the dog camp you can track firlings, undead, and most of the treant types, depending on where you are in that area.

Hope this helps.

He's for the "Crossfire" quest which rewards the Relic Shopkeeper's Charm.

The quest is relatively easy and about half of it can be soloed (kill 15 Spirit Stags and loot 4 Spirit Stag Hoofs).

The other part(s) are kill Master Of the Herd and 15 a Fallen Spirits and loot 4 Arcstone Spirit Dust, then deliver all the pieces to G'kil Zon in Relic

EDIT: all the mobs summon and hit me for a max of just under 300

"a fallen spirit" does not summon, actually. They do like to cast a short duration snare on you and hit relatively hard (max in the mid 900s).

Here are some mobs we encountered today while doing the Mark of the Spirits task. In the task you have to kill 5 mobs that con white to lvl 70 so we had a three gorup raid just to be safe :) The first mob we kill was Sundersky, The Sire of Storms. Upon engaging him he spawned 4 mobs "Blizzard of the North Wind", "Blizzard of the South Winds" etc, etc. This mob was pretty easy, just have to watch push and you can avoid adds. Lots of hp. NExt was Oroshar. To get the task "Oroshar the Ashcaster" to spawn you have to kill "Skysmoke, Harbinger of Oroshar" From his corpse spawns "Oroshar the Ashcaster" who in turn spawns Coalshade, Oroshar's wake. This event was pretty fun due to the three mobs and also very easy for 3 groups. Next came Xanzerok, the Earth Root who spawns in the very northern part of the zone. If you get on the ridge on the very edge of the island you can run east till you get to a flat spot and then clear 3-4 trash mobs. Xanzerok will path by and you can single pull him and kill him. In the North Western corner of Arcstone is O'kan, the hound of Druzzil. He was a piece of cake. Did with a ranger a beastlord and a Shadownight tanking. SK never dropped below 65% with beast/ranger heals. Last was Manifestation of Ravenglass. The mob himself is very easy, BUT, he brings tons of adds that destroy your group. AFter a few wipes we decided to pull him alll the way to the FR zl. I shot one arrow and ran for it. By the time he friends got down to us he was dead and they quickly followed. Just don't wait to long after you aggro him or you WILL get adds. Thats all the info I got atm, hope this helps. Druzzil Ro btw lol :)

a mistwalker spirit
# Feb 23 2006 at 1:17 PM Rating: Decent
Blue to 70, hits around 700ish max +/- 50, approx. 40k hp, some stun spell, "You feel like you are drowning." While getting beat on an add popped on him (seemed like maybe a proc), A stillwater reflection. Seemed to hit about the same, also blue. Think the add has the same stunning spell. Depopped about 30 seconds after I hit FD. The mistwalker spirit looks like a Gelidran from RSS, but much shorter. The reflection was slightly shorter than the spirit, and much darker. Found them above the waterfall overlooking the zone in from Freeport. a mistwalker spirit
