I was working on cleric epic 1.5 in Ferubi and while I was fighting Packmaster Skoiat Pizak (I didn't realize this was a raid mob), Packmaster spawned a mob named Rav Pizak. He looks like a noc bloodluster. If I encounter him again, I'll post pic. He conned green to my lvl 82 cleric.

for those of you new to the zone and aren't going deeper in to get names, here's a little starter info.

From the Guild Hall, use the Barindu portal and you'll be right outside the Ferubi zone line.

It's safe to zone in, there's a large hall there before you enter the tunnels.

Many mobs are paired in the zone. Agro one, you get two, so root or pacify are nice to have.

The first two mobs are at the bottom of the steps. Two mobs. Don't die on your first pull.

Most mobs are snare/rootable and mezzable.
Agro range is somewhat large, you can get close but they seem to agro more than I expect.

A lot of roamers are around so be careful. When killing and then returning for repops, the roamers are a pain because they're not where you killed them.

Don't worry about the water in the zone, nothing is in it and if you fall in climb out and if you're short like my gnome don't forget to look up.

With a healer Merc my chanter can charm solo no problem from the entrance to farther in and then run back for repops.

The Ukuns have a snare so if you're planning on running away, maybe... maybe not. Ukuns are fast, don't expect to run far.

AE Dispel

Posting this after grouping here last night for the cleric 1.5 pages, had one partial group wipe then a full group wipe from what appeared to be a AE Dispel. Going back thru the chat/emotes I noticed nothing that casted/procced this, but it seemed to happen right after a mob was charmed. Had 2 70 Ench's in group one of which was myself, when the first mob was charmed there was an emote about the mob losing power because of being disconneted from Discord. Then about 25-40 secs later came the dispel, and when I say dispel I mean total buff/effect wipe of everyone in group including mobs that were charmed/mezed. I lost 12 buffs in 2 seconds and then had 5 mobs on me from mezing/charming. Same happened to other ench after he charmed one. So just a heads up, no clue if this is the reason it happened or it was a trap/spell.

There is a mob here for the mage epic 2.0 named Body Elemental that is not on the mob list for this zone. He has atleast one AE called Visions of Pain. Level 70 mob, fun times

I see all the mobs listed and items droped ,a cleric in our guild is working on his 2.0 epic so we had a small raid went to the guy on the pier and he would not let a raid in.Message only six at a time .So we broke down into groups My group went in No real mobs.Rooms of Rats bats and a combo room including the above plus some defective golums.We killed and killed hailed all and nothing spawned .How do u get the zone to change to Monster mobs .Please let me know as I am getting more confused .Thanks in advance.

Any idea if there is a sequence or special method to pop named here. Not interested in Votal or packmaster but all others can do :). This is getting me mad after 9 tries having only Blademaster pop and we went all way north and south on each of them runs

I hav e no clue what I'm doing in here. I know this is not the same zone but I do not know what to do or where to look for this Expedition. I getting exp and all but nothing more then cash off the mobs. the npc at the door goes like this

_____ Says, 'Hail, a yunjo groundskeeper'
ayunjo groundskeeper shudders. 'Rats make my skin crawl. Filthy creatures! I don't know how they got in there, but please, I beg of you, get rid of them!'

I killed all the rats in that room nothing happened I hailed angain still get same message and all the rats are dead.

can some one point me in the right direction.

Some of the spiked roamer "dogs" see through a rogue's Shroud of Stealth. Be VERY careful in here. If you target one of these mobs that sees thru SOS you will get a message saying "You suspect this creature can see you" but by the time you see that you're probably going to be dead. Escape will also not help you. The thing will proc from a distance and undo your hide/sneak so everything will attack you. If you get that message don't hesitate to run toward an entrance, it makes the corpse run a little shorter.
Grouping in Ferubi

Was in a group at zone in the other night. I was playing my L65 warrior. He's still "young" in level terms. L65 with 29 AA all in HP AA. I was raid buffed to 7350HP and 1350AC. I would pull and tank. Was with a group L65 (one 58 SK), all elemental geared or close, druid, enchanter, ranger, shammie, and the SK. I would get beat down to 50% health on one pull (With no stuns) if I had to run far at all.

We handled the mobs pretty well, but I died a few times with lag(wasn't too bad really) but the double 900 hits and the 650DD proc those mobs use. It was a lot of fun!!!!

I used 1HS and 1HB dual-wield here with no problem.

This place isn't for pickup groups. You need an experienced, well-tuned/coordinated team to fight here. Watch for the dogs roaming. They move very fast and seem to pop on you. They will go all the way to the zoneline. So if you are recovering at zoneline, be wary. They see invis. CR is a pain. It's hard to get to as well. Mobs also have a tendency to camp corpses longer than we have seen in the past.

This area is for experienced players who know their class and have respectable skills and gear.

Suggestion for grouping (geared toward rare spawns) tank w/ 8k+hp, not necesarily raid buffed. On top of that 1 full time healer, (cleric/druid). A monk (now with lull ability) or bard to pull. Full time slower (sham, enc, bst). I would recommend that the 4 key classes are all 65, only to the fact that stuff can and will hit hard, so the levels help mitigate some damage. Also its good to have a bard / enc for crowd control due to the fact that the "dog" pathers can get ugly, I've seen up to 3 dogs at 1 time. Other than that, any dps class will work fine, due to the fact that stuff has very minimal hp. Wizard are very nice for this zone because some of the Mastruqs some times go into a "defensive" mode, and it mitigates so much damage, not even a rog is gonna help you. The group I had was all 65's (dru/mnk/shm/brd/rog/pal). It didn't hurt that the rog and pally were both from Quarm enabled guilds, but still if u can get a solid group, the rares will be no problem to kill.

The defensive mode you mention is actually a Vie type spell they cast on themselves that mitigates exaxtly 75% of melee damage ....anul will strip it fast.

This stuff hits hella hard~ate our tank before slow had finished casting...slow landed and dead chanter. The rest of us ran like little girls, hehe. SK said he was doubled for 1030 on the pull and a blur of damage once he made it back to us.

This zone also contains some of the new 65 spell drops, the new spells are NO Drop and look like runes

Also found a room with 3 mobs red to 65 in the south west section of the zone. Were not single pullable (did not have a ranger or monk with us though), have a damage aoe, possibly with other effects, good luck if you can take them down.

Killed Pxet Elite Blademaster. Some half chick horse thing. AoE snare. Had 2 of her friends spawn or add. I couldnt tell Pretty easy once slowed. Droped a class 7 aug 25hp/mana/ endurance.. Becarefull in this zone.. Mobs spawn fast.

Spent a little time in here yesterday. Mobs near zone in to Barindi hit for around 900, but were fully slowable (those we pulled anyway), never went in very far. They were pacifiable as well (by a 65 cleric).

Watch out for the ukun fleshhounds, had one pop out of a corpse, which was a nasty surprise :)

Bring a snarer as well, as some mobs run at low life and they all move quite fast.

Never seen anything spawn out of a corpse, and have killed well into the thousands here. Most likely the ukun roamed to you and aggroed as soon as the mob you were killing died, or it was one you had killed earlier and it spawned just as you killed the mob.
