I am an Erudite Enchanter, and would like to be able to train in South Qeynos (Mespha is the Enchanter trainer), however, whenever I try, Mespha says something to the effect that she won't have anything to do with me. Is there anything I can do to raise faction with her, or is this a diety issue that I won't be able to change?

I ran into this woman the other day. When I Hailed her, she talked about a underground group the Bloodsabers, and then went on to say something about, we must protect. I couldn't get anything else out of her.
Also I don't remember, exactly where I saw her. Anyone else, have this conversation with her and does anyone have a clue, if this is part of a quest or what?
