Skull Mask of the WarlordGot lucky with spawn as it was at the entrance of shrooms cave (close to Roots kiting spot).
I was only self buffed and had to drainlife a lot at some moments as it was hiting (triple afair) up to 1.6k...otherwise he's casting a lot some necro spells (mostly snare dd and disease DoT) which leaves time to land heavy fire dots. Overall i would say that half damage sheet came from drainlife spells.
It dropped the attunable mask and a plate helm mold.

I kite this area of roots and mushrooms for aas. As a wizard(demi/Deathknell geared) but i suspect can be done with less gear, this mob can be soloed. What I do is cast rune on my self, pop Prolonged Devastion, cast Etherall Conflag if you are lucky it will crit right off the bat and drop the mob to around 70%. I at this point I usually start getting summoned, I just run and chain cast Flashfires as soon as it ungreys. Some times you may need to use a healing over time potion. Just keep casting the Flashfire/or Coldsnap if you prefer and soon this mob will be dead. Have had all items list above drop at least once when I have killed this mob. Good luck. i would say this mob probably has 100k-150k hp.

Popped in the far east sporali cave for me today around pos 1820, neg 1245, pos 36. Trioed easily with Monk/Chanter/Cleric (Demiplane Geared).

that loc is in the same room that Psilocide spawns. Correct?
Yeah, he spawn in there for us today as well. Dropped belt and int caster pattern.

Soloed him today with a lvl75 shaman. 500AAs. CoA/DPoB geared.
Hit hardest for about 1.4k'ish
Was slowable.

Anyone out there that can contribute with some more information about this named, such as spawnlocation, ph, HP's and how much he hits for, singlepullable?

appears to be able to spawn in place of any of the mushroom dudes in the caves. I've seen him in a few diff spots similar to how Son of Sevren spawns
Saw it in the same room as Moldmaster Gangii. Mushroom man in the caves. Tons of druid and shaman mobs around, everything is hasted and has sow. Very much doubt you would be able to single it, even if you did, you would most likely pick up some wanderer adds during the fight. HP/hits are about the same as all the other trash named in direwind.
