So, the only realistic way to raise Wolves of the North is to fight your way into Neriak Third Gate and kill everyone in the rogues guild? Killing the low level ones that are outside Neriak that only give +1 or +2 would take way too long.

Who and where do you turn in the heads to?
Both thes guys conned blue to me at 12. The Orc does not follow the spy if you do a range kill.

well now i'm going to take my lvl 14 Shammay back to GFay, and i'm going to hunt this guy down! kinda sux that i haven't even heard or seen talk of this dude til tonite
where do you find these? what do they even look like?
The Ebon Mask Spy can be found with Centurion Regle in, well, the middle of nowhere. The Centurion is an orc and the spy is a Dark Elf.
