No extra point for going to him, I was wrong, kinda a nice wish though. I went to him after hitting lvl 13 and had only 20 points as I thought I would. Oh well:) Since I figure I'll be obtaining my next few lvl's in PC and EC anyway, it's kinda nice to know that there is a NEC GM close by to train with :)

Confirm 17 Jan 05, he is a NEC GM, I went to him yesturday because I had seen him befor along time ago when I was traing my ROG in EC, and found him by just exploreing. Decided to take my new NEC there to train after hitting lvl 9. It was strange though, I thought I had 35 training points cause I hadn't trained in 6 lvl's. When I got there, I had 36 points, and I'm prity sure I trained all the other points befor going there. Gona check to see if there is a bonus point just for going to him over the next few lvl's. I'm sure I trained all 36 points while there this time so we'll see. Wouldn't that be great if you got an extra point for going to him. I can't imagine too many peeps go to him to train, he is kinda out of the way to train for a NEC.

Necro trainer, is in a hidden area, where do you have to swim to. Is surrounded by two arisen soldiers. All on Haven Smuggler faction.
