Trondol Shir  

Well seeing as there is not usefull info on this guy ill post.

He is trapped in the jail to the left of the Lava room. you need to get the key from an imprisoned grimling back at the Vah shir fort in grimling forest. Once you have the key you can open the door. Once you have the key you must assemble around 8 people all level 55+ to kill the high priest. In order to kill the high priest you must send a person to get shackled on the plat form over the lava pit.

After you get the key from "a grimmling high priest" you must go back to the jail and give it to trondol shir who is laying down. Besure you clear as must of the path to the entrance to the zone as you can becuase you have to play protect the cat. once the key is handed this weak SOB gets up and starts walking towards the zone in. oh, and 4 mobs spawn in the jail to try and rape you too.
