"A thought horror" dropped a "dirty runic spell scroll" for me yesterday, seems to be rare as it's the only one that dropped off this particular mob in 2 straight days of killing all the thought horrors ;)

A friend of mine says this mob also spawns in the Echo Caverns. It has a placeholder, The Taskmaster.

The Taskmaster isn't the PH for the Thought Horror in echo...He spawns every so often when you clear out all the skelly slaves in the room. Taskmaster has nothing to do with him. Even then, he only pops about every 3rd sweep or so. The Thought Horror turns into another mob before he de-pawns.
