Camped this recently on the Ragefire progression server and the respawn time appears to be 6 hours. Out of 4 kills, I got 2 scalps and 2 whips.
Added the respawn timer, thanks!

can someone tell me the spawn time on this thing?
Go Invis to tunnel in front of these two Bosses.
Kill the 1st Roamer that walk's in the tunnel. Then pull The Greater Horror use'n a Bow & Arrows. You Won't Get The Hivemistress As Long As You Stay In The Tunnel as Far Back as the bow allows you to shoot. Kill the Greater Horror. Then Run In & Kill the Hivemistress. Or Invis Med Heal & Etc. Then Run in & Kill The Hivemistress.
These Two are pain's in the arz if you take both at the same time. But easy if you split them up.
I've farm'd these two mostly for the research caster's helm piece. Thought Horror Scalp

The Whip & Bracer & Stuff isn't worth much to me. Good For Twik'n Alts. Thats about it.

Dropped a 14 34 whip with stats (garbage). Spawns right next to the corrupted hive mistress in the cave so you need to kill some to get to him.
