i spend a few days camping 2 other spots were he was marked on my map. got frustrated and cleared the hole area and found him there on the next spawn. ive done this hunter twice and would consider him more rare then the average rare spawn in ct. both times he was near to being the last one i got. both times i was basicly clearing the hole zone for a significant number of spawns until i was almost done and started focusing on specific spawns to finish up.

This guy spawns close to a tae ew bloodfiend - about -52, -132. spawns in a windy curve in the maze and there's 2 spawns in the middle of this curve and the placeholder might be a blue con defender the named spawns in that spot good luck
