Spent about 18 hours at the Poachers camp before I got all four of the named Poachers. Elishia Blackguard and Vaurien Sticklebush seemed to spawn the most frequently. It was around two and a half hours between respawns of named poachers I had already seen.

just looted sap stained groget off her, it is possible it could be a zone wide random drop item but figured i would give up the stats:

I think the partisan is really rare, I camped her and Zed yesterday for about 6 hours. Elishia popped 5 times, Yranik 4, Zed 1, and Yrenin(spelling?) 1. No partisan, no burnoose.
the sword she drops is the partisan of stampede which when used by her can fear PC's. this can be a big problem if your neer the water as you will take a small swim with the waterfolk who do not like you. generaly if you see a blade on her buff your MR.

She dropped the Boot's of Stalking for us the other night.

She didn't drop a collar when I killed her, just her head and a NO DROP flawless panther hide. Not a clue what it's used for.. any idea anyone?

The Flawless Panther Hide is for the Jaggedpine Druid Tunic quest that Nolan Greenwood gives you when you get Ally status with Residents of Jaggedpine. This is a midlevel questable armor set, like the Paladin's Armor of Ro.

I thought that was the flayed panther hide? I have a flawless hide as well.

killed her tonight, she dropped the collar and also a sword (forgot the name atm) 9dmg 29 delay +3 str -6 CHA effect terrorize animal, no drop
Camped her with some rogues the other day just to leach faction for my Archmage. She seemed to always drop her head, lore, no drop, 1#, if I remember correctly. It's for one of the quests given in the Fort where you have to collect 4 named poacher heads.
