The Ssraeshzian Blood Golem will spawn after the Blood of Ssraeshza'z death, period.
It has nothing to do with the Emperor being killed or not.
7 days after the Blood of Ssraeshza is killed this mob will despawn and be replaced by the Blood once again.

This guy is always up on my server, been that way for a month or two since I been watching for my guild. What doesn't make sense is the Emperor becomming targetable part. I never see Emperor on track, ever. If he was failed and then killed after the failure it would make sense that this guy pops, but in most cases when a cycle is failed it gets delayed for a few hours and emp can't be killed in this case. Does it trigger, or simply make it targetable. Maybe doing that CoH and sk dot pull thing works for this? That would totally suck. I heard you can't CoH into emperor room but can you CoH out of it is my question.
This mob is similar to "A Runed Covered Serpent" and "Vyzh'dra the Banished" in the Cursed circle.

A few hours after Blood's death Ssraeshzian Blood Golem spawns. He is exactly the same as the "real" Blood but drops no loot. Kill him and Emperor Ssraeshza becomes targetable as usual a few minutes later.

Ok then!!!!!! It does :) After an emp wipe wait 4 hours for the crap to reset then kill this guy to make emp targetable again.
