Due to the PoR revamping of Freeport, he's now at -1425, +350.
I also noticed for the first time that he's got the same last name as the Half Elf rogue trainer (Tovan Tenlah). Perhaps Beur is Tovan's father? Anyone ever found anything substaniating the relationship?

I took my level 3 Iksar monk through the East Freeport tunnels to catch the boat. To my surprise, Harkin, Beur, Elisi, Gren, and Veronica were all dubious to me. If your faction is clean, these guys probably won't come after you.

Anybody know what faction this guy is on? He recently switched to KOS con to me, and I have no idea why.
