I found him at p760, p1140.
I thought perhaps he would have something to do with the High Chief's warbeads from the zone, however he does not respond to hails from me though I'm amiable to the Priests of Life.
I also tried a variety of questions and phrases related to prayer beads, Rodcet Nife, truth, etc. etc. without much luck. I also tried handing Chief Wasolors Prayer Beads to the Missionary, Disciple and Initiates of Life and they were all returned.

He drops cracked helm of the lifebringer for newbie DE armor quests. He may be for something else but thats all i've ever used him for. bastid. need 5 of those damn helms for the cleric bp.
