Also, conned white to me. I had a big temp and 4 buffs, and he kicked me ***** Zoned with 3% health.
I am 35 rogue. Bring a nuker friend along.

why doesnt it say he drops ive heard he drops alot thye either lie or they dont know wat he drops
Found near Seru.
Had about 2K hp.
Max hitted for about 80.
Hailing and he says:
"Gerak Jelin gasps for air upon hearing your voice. 'Oh, you scared me! Try not to sneak up on people anymore ok?'"
Tried all possible text including different words of afraid but got nothing.
Killing gives faction:
-The recuso
+Hand of seru
+Heart of seru
+Eye of seru
+Shoulder of seru
-Heaven smugglers
My guess would be its a smuggler quest...
Only drop was some gold.

lvl 36 druid most regains can be countered by a dot or 2. I love a good challenge never meet this guy so im going to hunt for him and try drones of doom and creeping crude on him and of course a ensnare and root ill let u know if it works.

lvl 40 monk here, got 191 agli, 800ac, 136 dex.
this guy conned blue to me, but went toe for toe with me, he has a nice regen on him however, my mend had 30sec to go and i needed it so i FD"d and it worked, i got up and sat since he wasn't kos to me yet then hit FD, in that 30sec he regen'd a bub of hp, i went back to fighting him and he killed me, he had 5% hp left, came back with a 32 bard guildie and killed him easy, only got me to half hp didn't need mend, dropped nothing besides money

He spawns over on the west side of the zone (around neg 250, pos 500).
On a good note, it's a great NPC to fight near as he's KoS to the Zelniaks and Lightcrawlers and will readily jump in to assist you in dispatching them.
And for those wishing to fight him... if you FD, expect him to regen a bubble every tick (so in about 30 seconds or so, he'll be back at full health). Which makes me believe that he's a quest NPC. His max hit that I've seen vs the mobs is 80s.
