if your looking for cracked helms of the life bringer, they drop on more than the initiates, there initiates, missionaries, and deciples...all of them drop the helms.

They are in Nektulos Forest at approximate /loc of 900,1100.
Also, when killing an initiate keep in mind that they are clerics that are social and will heal each other and gang up on you quickly so try to single pull them if possible.
Factions increased/decreased by killing one:
Priests of Life got worse.
Knights of Thunder got worse.
Guards of Qeynos got worse.
Bloodsabers got better.
Antonius Bayle got worse.
