Yep, Dazzle - my all-time fave mez - really bit the dust in this zone. :(
Yes, Glamour of Kintaz is the next best choice, but until I know a particular mob can be mezzed by it on a first try, I usually hit 'em with Rapture first, then tash, then GoK.
This way, if GoK is resisted, I've still got them with Rapture, and if GoK takes, then so much the better, since Rapture has a 24 sec. recast time on it...yech.
Oh, and Fascination? Don't even think about it....
Don't even bother having Dazzle memorized in CT. Some mobs vary in level from 53 to 58 with the same name so can't be dazzled and most likely will just create over aggro for you if it gives you the "This creature can not be mesmerized by this spell." message. All the mobs in this area are mezable with GoK. After the resist changes I didn't even have to keep tash on any mobs except the "A Pool of Slime" (they seemed to have the highest resist out of all the mobs here). Slow mostly landed on the first try without tash on just about all the mobs, but there were instances where slow was resisted 3 times in a row--good thing about the new ethreal remedy line! :)
As a 56 enchanter I had problems with dazzle on some pools and mosqitoes. Glamour is THE mezz spell for this dungeon. I don'tknow, but I think the mosqitoes are nonmezzable still. Not a problem tho, at least with a puller who knows what he's doing. All ooze and pools are mezzable with GoK. G'luck!
