Encountered two of these in the underground tunnels last night. I couldn't target or right-click con either of them, nor could I target them by using the /target command or the F8 key. Apparently they can see through invisibility, because when I walked past the first one (while invisible), it turned around and promptly translocated me to just outside the zone.

I think he's carrying the 'Mana Entwined Staff'.

Nah, most likly that's one of his abilities is a port to zone, makes it that much harder.
Saw this guy, he was behind the door at the top of the old avatar pyramid. Conned even at 60, and he saw thru invis. He cast scourge and ignite blood on me. He also very quickly teleported me to just outside the zone. Didn't get a chance to fight him. He may just be there as an exit portal.
