WindstoneName of this mob completely off, or at least if you talking about the mob that drops the Mark of Meditation. Just got this mark and it came of a CRAL LIGI MEDIATOR.
If you are looking for mark of meditation, hunt cral ligi soldiers to spawn cral ligi quest mobs. Some quest mobs more common than others so just keep killing cral ligi until you get mediator. Definitely take a tracker with you.
