Goemancers definitly NEVER EVER have ANY Acrylia ore with them!!! Please delete that out of their loot!!!! Thats definitly WRONG.
Their loot are words, pages, all kinda runes, blood and some vendorsort minerals.
I must have killed now thousends of them (believe me on that), and not ONE EVER had ore!
I will post on the other grimlings, who from them has some!

According to what Illia is saying above, the level is 36-39. This cannot be correct. Our party which includes a 37 SK, 38 rogue and 37 shaman cleared the mines probably about 40 times over a few nights. None of the geomancers conned white to us. Their max level must be 35, although I'm thinking that it's actually in the 33-34 range. Their nukes are dangerous and difficult to resist, even with MR buffs up. The post stating that they nuke up to 250 is accurate, and they like to use the AE snare, Bonds of Force. They are wizard mobs, and don't have much in the way of HPs, but their nukes are deadly. They appeared to use only magic nukes, including force strike and a lightning spell that throws you back away from the melee a bit. Even though these aren't as high in level as the laborer or foreman, they are the most dangerous mobs in the mines of TM due to their nukes.
Their AE snare gets especially annoying, when Sonic Wolves or Darkwing Bats pass by! :-P
btw they don't list the runes they drop, some sell for 1cp while others are worht as much as 9pp a piece. just thought i;d post that
ya Geomancers dropped my pet with 2 clean nukes, i **** myself, but thank good for shield skin an my 160dd she dropped in three hits after pet got a few hits in, poor skelli he didn't even see it coming lol

These are the toughest of the bunch. Easy enough to take on one. Tangle with two and you could be asking for trouble. Three or more in the same area, ouch. Area effect mez or harmonize needed. One of their DD spells does around 250pts damage. Bonds of Force(area effect snare) is a nuisance since it cancels out SoW and Wolf Form.

The Foreman pops randomly. seen him inside and out side guarding the caves. he is an easy kill for a 46 necro. only drops a rune that sells for 3 to 7pp at vendors. found no use for them. Anyone know what the Grimmling blood or Pyrroite sample is for? It drops in the mines.

Definately ran into a few casters. Shock of Lightning and Force Shock a few times. With resists over 100 I only resisted about half the spells.

This chap dropped an Etched Acrylia Rune - Numn. No idea what its for, however.

sometimes drops masters etrikia or whatever that bst only second hand item is is 7dmg 20 del 3 wis and more!!!

Actually these drop off of the Grimling Foreman, which seems to be the rare spawn in both caves. He is quite a bit higher than the other Grimlings here. I bet he's about 40-45.
foremen arent that rare, while clearing caves, ive had several pop in one respawn, and they're light blue to a 55
