I think they're nerfed too. Me and a friend took him down easily at lvl 28...

Range level is correct, 28 - 40, you guys had the Norrathian gods with you, and you got the lower range. This mob is kos, unlike the regular Zel's. Happened upon this one while on my 54 Druid. Nasty light blue mob at the time, hits very hard for the level. Snare held, but root kept breaking. In the end he was no match to the power of a druid.
it's possible to take him down with a 37 Enchanter.. but its not so easy
Hits for 83+ mostly not soloable for a lvl 33 rogue...

Where does this guy spawns, and could a 33 mage take him?
Tore my pet up as a 26 beastlord... though I easily kept up with it by healing. Unfortunately I got smacked by a lightcrawler in the middle of the fight and someone killed the guards, so I had to zone and let it live.
