Spawns in the tent on the east side of the river in the 'hidden area'. His PH is always a Vas Ren, Cral ligi, or Grol Baku Shaman.
The Darkplate Helm is his common drop, and the Tegi Warlord's wristguard is his rare.

This dropped a Darkplate Helm.
Also drops a Tegi Warlord's Wristguard 8AC, 5 STR, 5 STA, 10 HP, Magic/Lore, 1.5 Wt. Usable by WAR, CLR, PAL, SHD, BRD, All races.
