This guy does have alot of hp and I agree his pre-sieve spells do cause alot of trouble but the thing thats most hard about him is his huge hp regen. I killed him the other day and while our main tank was charmed he killed most of our main dmg dealers till the irresponsible enc cancel magiced him and during around 10 minutes as we were rezzing he gained 10% hp and we still had around 5 melees beating on him. I tanked him for a while and as a paladin with 1200ac he doesn't do too much damage and with 2 great or 3 good clerics you can easily switch and constantly Cheal when needed on a good tank. btw with 14 people at an average of lvl 55 we killed him in an hour. his hp regen is HUGE and a correction on the stats on the robe that someone posted up there... its ac18 15int 15sta(instead of str) and 100cha. As a last comment it is necessary to have a high lvl shaman (we had a lvl 60) to slow because when slow wears off you die... and die quick.

ì m from Vallon zek PVP server and my french guild have killed Nathyn for this GREAT ROBE for all our enchanters.
not hard fight if u have 3 clerics who can chain heal ur main tank and some damage dealer for hurt him but BE CAREFUL FOR FACTION !!!
Killed him 3 times and i m KOS with all people on Katta with my druid , and some undead see invis lol.
But the award is so good for the effort a robe with 100 charisme is ...... for chanter P )

What's his respawn timer does anyone know?

Depends on how many people you gots if he goes down fast or not.

With 20 people its about 40 min fight

With 30 people its like 20 min fight (more rogues and wizzies that time)

Remember this guy hits 575 MAX and has crap for resists. Has about a million HPs and is a Vampyre so pull out them bane dmg weapons. He is an enchanter and is capable of Charming (from what i've seen) 2 people at a time. His vampyreness gives him the ability to proc lifetap but he does it pretty rarely especially if you have a chanter/shaman cripple him.
