This guy is easy to get to. Start by porting to Twilight Sea. Upon zoning into Katta from TS, use your egress/succor and pop over to the Tenebrous side of the zone. From there head down the main walk in front of you, there will be a huge castle looking thing on your right with a hedge sorta wall surrounding it. When ya see the break in the hedge on your right go through it and enter the castle. Take the first left and he is in the last room down the hall on the left side. Hope this helps.
