Is the loot here good to harvest to make a few plat?

theses mobs are not really hard but they can heal themselves and other lizards.
So it s better to kill the, first if u can. If not they can almost heal any lizard from 5% HP up to half HP. and that can be a problem if u r fighting several of them.

they also cast other DD spells i forgot what ones but they can be a pain in the @$$ if you get one as an add take them out first
