I'm a lvl 17 DE SK, and i Con DarkBlue to both of them.. so 40 "IS NOT" correct.. about to kill them to see if any faction change happens.
"edit" Killed both; no faction change, no loot, and both corpses respond " at least i am freed from my suffering" or something to that effect

Saw him yesterday and went up and clicked him as well as hailed . Told me us dark elves ruined the land and to **** off.
Had to laugh at that one as he himself was a DE.
He conned dubious and blue to me a 38 necro at the time

just made a ew char to run around in the changed zone, and it sucks but who the hell is this guy hes gotta be for some quest i cannot figure it out though gave him and the chick everything i could think of, even gave the girl some zombie skin(said her skin on her face is torn or some crap) and nada!!!
