Golden Ember Powder
This drake is from HoT in ToV. Standard cleric type mob if I recall right, ie he complete heals and gates when low on health. Can drop any of the pieces for Skyshrine quest armor. Fire spells work well against him, don't think I tried any others. The ones we fought were lvl 60.
