I have camped this a couple times previously without luck, slaughtering everything in the area outside Sebilis. This time, it was just up when I arrived, so I can't suggest what the placeholder might be.

Name has been changed as of the 2/15/2017 Kunark Quest update, "a Nightclaw Raptor" is now simply "Nightclaw Raptor" and he can be found roaming around Sebilis (and possibly other locations, provided his PH is killed).

Roams around above ground near the tunnel leading down to Old Sebilis in Trakanon's Teeth. Not sure on ph yet.

I have serious reservations about a Lvl 46 mob being able to cast the same DT spell as the highest-end mobs in Demiplane of Blood.
