THANK YOU! spent 8 hours of my life trying to kill an iksar collaborator because that's the NPC my directions lead me to.. would have never found this guy without your post!
It's a static spawn, the veteran and scarred overseers are PH for the Overseer Dal'guur.
The scarred overseer has 11,000 hp, hits for 165 max, swings at a 1.5 sec delay unslowed. The veteran overseer has 12,500 hp, hits for 173 max, swings at a 1.5 second delay unslowed. Info for those camping for the Overseer Dal'guur.
