I followed Sanasan's directions and found it with no problem. Last name on map indeed. Elemental Defender cost 6p 1g 9s 4c btw with my mage's CHA at 80

Spell Phantom leather cost me 14pp 2g 5s 4c with a Cha of 60. Also Phantom chain was 21pp 3g 8s 1c and Plate 28pp 5g 9c. Be sure to bring enough if your cha is low. It's a long run to the bank......

Aye, he was hard to find. Considering the ingame map uses his last name Siroisl on the map instead of his first name. This threw me off for a bit.

as far as shadowhaven is concerned...
factions are a pretty good giveaway as to location..
there are three factions
Midst
Stout
Fordel
Stout is the small races faction that exists almost entirely in it's own area
Fordel is the majority (as far as i can tell) of the factions.. and appears to be focused near the paludal caverns entrance
and Midst is the INT caster faction..
the location of the bridge to the caster area is at positive375 negative105 negative28..
basically straight across from the bridge that leads to paludal caverns and slightly to the right (that's slightly to the east, on the compass in-game)
once you cross the bridge into the caster area.. you will see the monk trainers... a little further in will show you a set of staircases leading up, with the wizard guild trainer in between.. take the right hand staircase and take a right as soon as you reach the top.. follow the second set of stairs up.. and you'll see an entrance up ahead..
as you enter the room. the vendor is in the back right corner (this is the room with the enchanter guildmaster.. palomidar-soemthing-or-other)
This guy was a mild pain to find..
