Common drops are: Sandals of the Skeptic, Fiery Ring of Cunning, Captor's Silken Cord. Ultra Rare Drop is Talisman of Disbelief. I have never seen the Hooligan's Mask drop off anything but Kraen.

yes-its a good item but should it really drop off a lvl 44 mob? im not saying its a cr*p item but i think it should drop off a lower lvl mob instead/too..
