got him today, easy kill. he was a add from IK and only had one warr on him and a 61 druid healing

He spawns in the area leading to North ToV. He's one of Ikiatar's guards.

Almost positive it is in HoT. the named there are level 60.

Where does this guy spawn? I've noticed all the NToV mobs drop GoV faction, this guy doesn't, so is this guy in HoT?

as of 10:15 pm EST he DOES infact drop Guardians of Veeshan, so he'd be in north
