Just an FYI, they run at ~10% health. A nice change from the rest of the stuff in the zone which normally fights to the last hitpoint.

I was in UP the other day with a couple druids from my guild, killing elysians for the armor. Some other druid, 56 if I remember correctly, pulled this guy near us (on accident, I believe), and got killed.. and this little guy sat near us for a good 10 minutes or so. He does summon, because one of the druids in my group got a little too close while kiting an elysian and was summoned and whacked (we all heard the "You will not evade me Ayshamon!")
Took him awhile to go away, but finally he wandered off. We didn't want to try him because we were busy with an elysian... but he was yellow to me at 53, so the minimum level is slightly off.

First of all, yes they summon. Second of all, they are above 52-53 because i am 52 and they con red.
