Killed him last night. I wasn't sure about adds, so I had my wiz bind at the zone tunnel, then t-fluxed the seeker, gated, and rooted him at the zone. Then I logged on my cleric w/ a merc, did hand in, and took him out. My cleric is lvl 49, and just used celestial healing on merc. The mob sumoned me when i casted stuns, but it was easy. As he pathed away, no other NPCs added.....piece of cake. Aegishopi's directions were spot on....approx. loc 327, 39 in Temple of Sol Ro.
Directions- Go left or right from zone in. (both lead to same spot)to Center Hall area (where lava bridge is).
Go thru center doorway (over little lava-bridge), turn left once u get thru 1st door.
Go thru series of doors (only one path to follow), until u get to Lord Searfire (Dwarf NPC)on 2nd floor.
Take the 1st left once past Lord Searfire, and he is in the IMMEDIATE 1st door on right.
Look for 2 blazing elementals, 3 keepers (or 2 keepers + the priest). Also a big chair in center.
He spawns in place of the only female keeper (on left side of room).
I just did this at level 48 with just cleric and the highest rank tank merc I can get t1 journey I think it is, never had to heal the merc just had stuns loaded up to interrupt complete heal, I did use my 70 necro to pet pull seeker to zone prior to the hand in.
I figured I could probably solo this clown with my 62 cleric, but I wasn't 100% sure, so I brought a boxed 47 wizard just in case. I might as well have left the wiz at home.
Cleric ran upstairs, pulled the seeker with Annul Magic, ran back to zoneline, waited for the seeker to get there, then zoned out. Wizard, waiting at zoneline, locked him down with "what plasmatic priest."
Cleric zoned back in, drank a DS potion, put up Ward of Vengeance and a HoT, did turnin, then went to town with pet and summoned hammer. The priest got one CH off only because I didn't bother stunning him with spells. Wizard threw in a few token, mostly-resisted nukes.
Three minutes later, the plasmatic priest lay dead at my cleric's feet.
Tried this today, cleric gave the statue to the seeker, and nothing happened. It was the right seeker because I have done this before without any problems. The priest didn't spawn. CHecked some forums, some said kill the seeker and the priest spawns, some said the priest should just spawn. Well, killed the seeker, and nothing happened but that fire elementals popped from him. ANy idea what we did wrong?
Ok, ill tell you how i found him, first he was easy to find becasue i was about 49 when i searched for him and he was the only one that cond red to me. al lother coned blue. he is on 3rd floor in a place like room, he is a male, and when he despawns he is traded with a regular femal seeker. hope this helps.
I have killed Shadowmen over and over weeks on end with no good faction gained though it kept saying it got better. I learned there is an NPC in South Desert of Ro named Rathmana he is on same ToSR faction and will give you good faction adjustments if you do what he asks. Go to him and hail him in far North West corner of zone in South Ro. Tell him when he asks that you are there on business. He asks for 20 or 30 gold and says it must be gold. He does accept 3 pp instead though he says he doesn't. Keep giving him 3 pp at a time. Each time you do he will give you either a scroll or a low level random spell. He will also give you better faction for Temple of Sol Ro and says experience for each hand in. I have heard many diff stories of amount needed. I know it took me about 1000pp of hand ins to get from dubious to kindly. =) Some have needed more some less. You can check your faction standing in Sol Ro Temple by conning him every so often. I sold back the spells since he is a vendor and destroyed the scrolls to keep bags empty. Easy faction fix for a toon that needs kindly in ToSR. =)
Did the bind at entrance/gate thing to pull him and then I zoned out. I forgot to tell the cleric not to turn in yet though and she did and aggroed before I could zone back and died. Luckily she was bound there too so I dotted him with Swarming Death and I had my DS (Shield of Bracken) up while I nuked him like crazy. Went down like nothing. Healed myself a few times but didn't get me below 50m.
(Technically the cleric healed me once but I could have easily handled it myself, so I like to think it was more of a solo effort than a duo ;))
I bet a cleric with a good DS could solo this guy.
Killed him last night boxing with my 64 cleric and 62 ranger. I gave the seeker a tap with my hammer then gated to the zone. Once he made it there i zoned out and said "what plasmatic priest" over and over with the ranger to keep him there.
Did hand in. The fight was easy. I never even had to heal the ranger. Just be sure to have lots of stuns loaded for when he trys to cheal.

Went in Sol A with a 64 BL friend and found the Seeker in room on the left by the library on the 3rd floor. There is a keeper in the room and sometimes another seeker.
My BL friend and pet waited at entrance corridor and I bound there. I went and handed in the idol and immediately gated back to entrance. Plasmatic priest turned up within seconds and my friend took him down on her own in about 30 seconds. I didn't have to heal her or her pet at all. The only problem I had was that I got summoned a couple of times but I kept going back to corridor and healed myself. He did cast tremor once but it didn't aggro any of the nearby keepers.
65 Cleric, 65 Paladin Pally with crit, avoidance , mitigation aa's (x2) Hit the Pally With Supernal Elixr 3 times in this fight, called up the Unswerving Hammer, Mark Of Retribution to priest, beatdown with hammer while yaulping.. mebbe I landed Condemnation once or Twice but I dont think it made much of a difference either way.. not EP equipped, (I, Cleric) pulled to zone with no problems (just ran) and owned him.
I'm a lvl 65 bard with 130AA I have about 4k HP 1350AC. Have epic and Natures Melody for weapons and 41% equipment haste.
I had done all parts required to get the totem to turn it into the seeker with my bard. Turned it in to him got the preist to follow me to zone. (everything is green to me except the priest so no zone agro) I then dispelled and mez'd the priest. While mez'd drained his mana for a bit then killed him via melee and DS. Took about 5-7 min no CH, and I had about 40% health left when the fight was over.
I then switched over to my cleric and looted the robe. This guy is easy.
Went down today at 9:45pm. We had 59sk, 55ranger, 54pally, 65druid, 62ench and myself 52cleric. Sk pulled with darkness to zone, then zoned when seeker caught up to him. I kept him there by saying what plasmatic priesthood. SK zoned back in. I made the turn in. And he went down 30secs later. SK didnt even lose more than 20% health. No AOEs, No CHs from priest. Tanks did most of the job, I think druid, ench and myself all nuked only once. Too easy, and none of us are even close to being time/elemental geared. Well onto Ixblat Fer:)

Meanwhile the cleric kept blasting and stunning she CH meonce at 65% causing her to grabb aggro The priest kept summoning her why i beat on him He never had a chance to cast CH the fight took about 4 mins. 8500 DMG melee 3200 DMG Cleric Blast's 3300 DMG Dmg Shield APROX 15k Hit Points
This guys is not to hard at all, Killed him with 50 Cleric which was me and a 64 Mage. I pulled him with cancel magic then hauled my butt as fast as I could down to the tunnel next to the zone out waited then rooted him as he came around the corner, zoned out then back in and made the turn in, killed the priest and looted the robe. I never even had to heal the mages pet and when the priest got down below 20% and started tryin to comp heal I started my stuns.......The End and now on the the next step. =)
Thanks to a botched pull on my first PP raid I am now insanely KoS to Sol Ro. I've been killing shadowed men for almost a year trying to restore my faction to no avail. I just stumbled onto the FA quest for my pally where it says you have to charm the miraghoul in order to give it it's phylactery. Would the same tactic work in turning in the coral statue to the seeker? Does anyone know? If it will work I'll actually have a shot at getting my epic finally. Otherwise I'm gonna have to recamp bergurgle and MQ the damn robe.
