In the Plane of Fear: The God of Fear, Cazic Thule, wanders the northeastern area of his home Plane around the ring of fire. He (unlike his denizens) regards Iksars as his allies. (Screenshot by Kyter)
In the Plane of Time: For event information, see this quest entry. Cazic drops three items from his loot table.
In House of Thule, Upper Floors: Cazic Thule is in a deep sleep, unattackable.
In Fear Itself (group mission): Spawns as part of the task "An Offering to Thule".
In Fear Itself (raid): Cazic is the main encounter in the "Cazic's Final Stand" raid event (see this quest entry for event and loot information).

Recently went in with about 70 peeps - 30 lev 60's and still couldn't kill him. First off pulling him is a little tricky because he'll just summon the puller and kill them in about 2 seconds. He has a knockback that will send you to the other side of the zone, an AE snare and fear spell and quads for 6-700. Have about 10 lev 60 tanks and rotate them because they will die. He is bad *** and if you think you're just gonna dance in and own him you're stupid. If you aggro him, you're dead. Simple as that. BTW he's not lev 65 anymore. At least 70 prolly closer to 75...about 300k hit points.

dude, id suggest not goin till your at least 47.
if you go at 46 you may die and lose a lvl and you wont get back in to get your corpse (

You cant walk into a plane pre-level 46, we all know that... But you CAN be rezzed into the zone, so if you die and lose your level, there is still hope.. for 3 hours, after that you're screwed.. but definitely a good idea not to go until you are about 30% or more into level 46. Just in case.

Boy..wuz he pissed! On my way out the door then suddenly im right back in front of him....HTF that happen??? anyways luckily for me i got a rogue to drag my corpse and found a cleric to give me a rez.That was the most beutiful moment of my life

Is CT the strongest MOB in the game?

The Sleeper is the strongest mob in the game, he has a 20k per tick hp regen and has over 1 million hp, he's by far the hardest mob in the game
I have to say the sleeper my be the toughest due to the fact that he hasnt been killed yet, to my knowledge anyway. Bet he drops some crazy stuff to.
I think there might be several dragons in the Temple of Veeshan that are tougher than Cazic. Dunno how the other gods stack up (Tunare, etc.) And I think maybe (and correct me if I'm wrong here) the toughest mob in the game is one mob who still hasn't been beaten (as far as I know)... The Sleeper.

Ok folks enough BS here if ya wanna no how to beat CT the New CT that is better bring 60 peeps with ya 55+ too and on top of that you better have alot of melees and clerics. we tried recently with 50 peeps 30 were lv 60 and we failed got him to Ca in Cazic thule he is mean, hasted,and unslowable. my suggestion is have two taunt groups 1 warrior 3 clerics in each with clerics chain casting ch and stay in range of tank darnit !Cazic drops tanks like flys and if you dont have argo managment game over. also give the tanks 30 seconds to build it before intial charge. then comes the next part its pretty simple outdamage the M# er before he takes ya all down. in other words have a few monks and rogues lv 60 on there toes~you have about 3 minutes to take em out before ya get into the rez Zernny ambush stile.
