Took him down today with my 24 Ranger. Just snared him and pulled him into main tunnel, rooted and arrowed him to 50%. Keep snare, root, and flame lick on him at all times. He got me down to 40% before I dropped him. Looted 4pp but got to smile about it

I absolutely love killing mutants (and outcasts). I killed this guy with my 33 SK, dark blue to me, easy fight. This guy hits decent and fast. Highest shot from him was 59 and he can bash(Warrior?). I got 12 silver and 5 copper and that was it.
