i assume this guy can be found inside the palace that is surrounded by the four praesertum buildings (hand, eye, heart, shoulder).
one big question remains: how the hell do you get in? i tried clickin on the door, but i always end up infront of the building. i thought about levitating into the palace but to my surprise levitate doesn't work in that zone.
does your faction determine if you are allowed to enter or not? or do you simply have to say the correct phrase to the guards infront? or is there a teleporter?

I found that building also..Clicked on the door twice.. then suddenly got Wood Elves like you have ruined our land..
So I ran tring to find exit
got mug'd by 3 guys.. guards just sat there and watched me get mug'd. They snared and dotted me. Then beat the crap outta me. Royally suck.. I suggest you hunt thought horros and recusos before going to this damn zone.
