Baby Dragons in WW are exactly that Baby. with the exception of a few dragons like Cargalia who is only lvl 4 but is difficult because of her ae and she just sneaks up on u. Past few days ive been hunting here in WW (65 war with 56 pocket shammy) all the nested dragons are rather simple. I found that the coast in most cases is a good spot to pull to. easy to see wanderers ect. Wait till u see no patters in sight and then Pull to your desired spot. at 56 slow landed very easily. from then i usually just nuked and healed as needed. would be much easier with 58 heal but its not needed. Baby Dragons (51-54 dragons) hit around 220. and ae is usually in the 250 area with a 1 slot dispell. insta clickies such as black fur boots and jboots work great here. more clickies the better but hard to sit there and click on 2 accounts while doing other stuff so i usually stick to 1. at 20% i start chain rooting with shammy since i have no snare fight takes around 5-10 minutes per dwagon. Lotta classes can solo these. typically 60-65 range, Duo about same ect. havent got anything but worked but the faction is what im after.

i know the request for tactics was posted a while ago but hey maybe the poster still hasnt gotten the info he wanted hope this helps

the tactics for amcilla are the same for any of the lvl 52 - 54 lvl dragons in this zone, 2 groups 54 + bring wizzys clerics sham warriors rogues and a good monk is always a plus,

pre fight: at least 4 junk buffs 1st(instant rightclick 1st if you can) that way every time his aoe hits you and debuffs a buff you cant right click it back keeps your good buffs up

pulling: WATCH FOR ADDS unless you really want to chance it always try to pull these dragons solo, adds(depending on what and how many can be death for the tighest of groups)
anyway, monkey or necro pulls warrior tags puller FDs.

fight: let the warrior and only the warrior beat on him for a min or two to gain good agro, clerics this parts for you, DONT CH warrior right off, this will almost always get you summoned or make you A#1 on hate list best thing to do is to have 2 clerics divine light the tank for a couple heals before ch'ing. At about 1/2 bub of health gone, shammy get to slowing, lvl55 sham(like me) can get plague of insects (disease based 25% slow)to stick fairly easily. and dot with plague(very slow dot lasts long time but works well)once its slowed all other melee engaged from the BACK and stay at max hit range dont get right on him will make it easier for tank to keep agro that way, 2nd healers(sham druid) keep your clerics alive the aoe these guys cast hit much farther out than your spell range so everyone WILL get hit by em. By now your either dead(kidding) or the dragon will be down about 2bubs of health, good time for shamy to full slow with tugors (sp?) and if you have a chanter(lol we usually dont ) great time to tash him is now. rest of the fight is clerics keeping MA alive and spending lots of time reclicking that instant buff. and if you have more than one sham the ones that aint slowing (or trying to slow can try to land a cripple or malosini on him for the nukers to get their licks in)

all of the 52 to 54 dragons in this zone turn at 20 % life and dont gate least not from what ive seen.
well thats baby dragon hunting in WW according to ryoz soulcrusher luminary of the north
hope this helps and good luck when you try your dragons
SIDE NOTE FOR SHAMMYS: great click buff to put first on you is your black fur boots make a hot key and just keep hiting that button everytime you get aoe'd works great
