Looks like any of the dark bone skellies that inhabit Unrest. He doesn't hit very hard and drops the preserved hops for the alcohol summoning amulet for brell followers.

Spawn location was 640, 22, 4.5 I hope this helps.
For those wonering wether hes on 1st or 3rd floor. hes on 1st. theres an Undead Barkeep on 3rd floor in room, and only room ive been told. along with a Noble or 2sometimes. usally 2.
he spawns upstairs somewhere
I saw one spawn downstairs in the room facig the stairs along with a mummy and ghoul. I got the hops of him the first time.
However the first time I saw him it was upstairs on the landing for the 3rd floor

We pulled this mob twice last night and both times it was dark blue to me at level 20. So it seems that the level range is a little off. There may be some higher level, but both were no more than level 19.

This guy popped last night right there at those 2 carvings of ?Quellious?, by the fountains. Didnt have the time to kill em, just killed fatty and got the boots, band, axe, and shield happy day :)
Was onto gfay, when guy popped behind a lvl 15, didnt last long, killed everyone he could find, went off to gfay to sell junk.
HAPPY DAY!!! FATTY DROPPED BOOTS, BAND, AXE, AND SHIELD!!! Also dropped Globe, but I aint a necro, shouted it out, 19 tried to get to him, 3 arrived, they rolled on it, went away with me.

in front door, go down right coridor, mak left at end go in first room on the right, pops in there
