Mob Graveyard for this one too. This siren vanished from the zone during the revamp in early 2003.
My group took her down just a few minutes ago.
Me, 57 Druid, two clerics 61 & 62, 54 Pally, 55 Necro, and 58 Mage. Key is to keep stunning her, only had to heal tank once. She went down in 2 or 3 minutes.
To single pull her, you need a cleric. Kill your way to the top lvl. Camp at the statue. Pacify the 2 sirens to her left and right and single pull her. If you try to pull the sirens next to her, they will agro her.
Good luck. Oh, she dropped the earring and Protection of the Glades.

She drop this Bowl of Watery Protection - anyone know what it's for? Is it part of a quest or anything? The EB is nice, but I have the Necklace of the Grey Waste. thankyou for any info.

She spawned tonight for us at level 61, dropped Cann IV, 2 trinkets, and bowl of watery protection, primary only, 10 ac, 20 sv magic, efect EB.

Took a group to the well and she spawned at the top of the stair case in the well. She is higher than level 60, and is a priest with CH. I had to seive her several times with a 60 war and two 60 rogues on her, but otherwise not particularly difficult. She added when the warrior pulled btw so be wary.
Just keep maintank well healed and she shouldn't be a problem. Dropped bp gem, lvl 55 spell, and the necklace.

ALso drops a siren hair earing 2AC 2int 2wis 9stam useable by melee since im a war and i have one
