If you speak to her husband next to her by the name of Jali he will send you on a quest to heal her. Fairly simple quest that will win you the Wakizashi of the Frozen Skies. Great 1hs weapon that has a 81dd proc called spirit strike. Stats are Dmg 6, Dly 22. Wt 1.50. Ra P Sk B Ro Wr. All Races

This guy just sleeps in KAT city. There are about 4-6 other KAT's sleeping around in KAT city too. I can't remember if they awaken if you attack other KATs in close vicinity either...
