correct me if im wrong, i have not gone on any ST raids but might as soon as i get my key but i think that only the warders will not spawn anymore so SoD will not drop anymore but primal velium will still drop from this Progenitor and others, but don't know, maybe this guy will not spawn anymore also

I was using a horn of hsagra (13-20 35ac 75hp 25cr 10sta) the other day and now i look at the primal 1 handers and think, maybe sleepers isnt that important. I mean if you already have avatar on you, whats the point of the proc, and then all the stats are penny stats. Being a 59 warrior, i have to think which is better the 35ac 75hp 10sta and 25cr, or the 10ac 5str 5sta 5agi (equal to 2 ac at the most) 5dex and 5sv. Granted if you lucky enough to get tormax loot you will be lucky enough to get some primals and then you can use either in the situation they are best for. Also for you warrior out there that want the 13-20 dmg/dly (better than rogue epic ratio), then you can always get in the right guild and get a wilsapper from DN. Granted it all takes time but hard work and dedication will get you the things you deserve.

The primal bows are one good reason to go to ST, the fact i probably would never get one seeing as my guild has a nice amount of rangers isn't depressing to me though, but i have a chance so i don't mind....keep dreaming all. And a bow that procs avatar and has a good ratio...a ranger could own wars with it imo. root, trueshot, endless quiver, summoned/5+ class arrows, i think a war might get owned, but that's just my opinion and i'm not too sure on how high lvl 60 wars' hp is.

This was posted so long ago but Im gonna put in my 2 cents worth. First of all, you certainly dont know your roll as a ranger to be compairing hp's with a war thinking you can out tank one. Yes, maybee in an exp group with a struggling guildles one. Second, if you're trying to out tank a war to prove a point, rather than play your class the way its suppose to be played, then most likely the cleric will be Lom, dealing with a bunch of split agro. Seems like when I group with a ranger that know what he's doing, he sits back and fires arrows for high dps and is happy with that or help take agro off the casters. I dont know all the skills and spells rangers get but I have a pretty good idea of what their role is in a group and its not tanking. Third, a War is not suppose to out damage a Ranger, Monk, Bst or Rogue. They take damage away from everyone thats not meant to take damage ( like a ranger ), while delivering a decent amount at the same time. Its all pretty basic. Learn your class. Play your class the way its suppose to be played. Dont let your ego get in the way and ***** it up for everyone.

He is not talking about out-tanking you he is talking about killing you. No tanking involved, no groups just simple bow-kiting of a meat-headed warrior. Standard ranger solo-XP bread and butter except most NPC warriors we bow kite don't shoot back.

So, bow versus bow, what does a ranger need to take down a 5000 hp warrior before the warrior takes down the 3500 hp ranger? I think either trueshot OR AM3 would do the trick.

With Endless quiver, a ranger be using at least the 10 damage arrows made available with Luclin. Anything less is a waste. Most rangers use the 10 dmg arrows, but there is a rare drop arrow that has 12 damage or so on it I think.

Some guild on Zebuxoruk woke the sleeper and now the warders and this guy are gone. Wait a sec what the hell am I saying I will never even get my epic. Oh well at least I can get some of those nice velium warswords from Dragon Necropolis. (someday)

On Mith Marr server you will never get a Primal now or not for a long time anyway because Afterlife woke the sleeper up once all their melee had primals to stop other guilds getting them...ie Forsaken realm who had started getting them plus other guilds would have followed and they don't want anyone else being able to be well equipped like them...

just to prove my point today i was in kael and Thurid(one of Afterlife's glamour boys who is equipped with primal) decides to roll against members from a guild that was letting the leech fix his faction with them for a Defiance

This proves to me that Afterlife still contains loot whores and basically its what their whole guild is about..

Afterlifes most famous battle tactic is to wait for other guilds to clear mobs leading to a boss mob and then race past that guild while they prep to fight the boss and steal it...the people of afterlife have used this tactic with great effect on mobs such as king Tormax and tov named drakes

Basically Afterlife sucks and i hope their greed causes internal rift and their eventual disbanding as they deserve evrything bad that happens to them...

Seeing a this Thurid guy (also totally up himself) roll for a defiance against warriors using weapons inferior to a bloodpoint made me sick... Thurid has a Primal warsword plus a dragons claw probably in the 17 or 18 delay area...plus he has epics that he no longer uses..probably gave to Mort..and he rolls for defiance against newbs...well he lost but thats not the point

Can't we all just get along? This is crap, I mean I been on for 10 months now and wanna see the Sleeper BAD!! No chance in that (I never even knew or know when he was woken, on Luclin server that is). But I really dont think ppl should jump in and say they want somethin when they're usin this primal stuff, that IS a little over the top, I mean how would u feel if someone was using a primal sword and you were usin a short sword, killed somethin and they looted somethin not as good as there own but WAY the **** better than urs THAT IS BEING CONCIETED, YES im always broke but I ALWAYS help others to help me someday, first of all it brings real-life faction down(people get mad and jealous) and feel inferior, not something I want. I like to be trusted and asked to help, IRONICALLY im an SK that follows innuruuk but O well, I love that im not on PVP server lol, and GL to everyone out there! O and one other thing, if I follow Innuruuk WHAT THE **** DOES HE SCOWL AT ME FOR?!?!?! Someone plz post where I can get a more detailed form of the history of Norrath?

IM glad such intelligent people exist. 1. Primals are still obtainable, but it doesnt matter to you because you'll never even get the key 2. If he is there on a raid, and is assisting in some way, he has a 100% right to roll on any item that drops, regarless of his current gear. 3. I have witnessed AL work (set aside SS temple and Seru), and i have never seen such tatics used by them as you had incorrectly stated. They go in with their own people, and destroy. Simple isnt it? Ive seen 2 groups of AL actually zone out of ST because FR was already occupying that area. HObben and THott's tatics, and genius at the least, and there is no need for waiting around waiting for someone to get all the other kills (which doesnt make much since because few Higher end guilds will go into a zone with a full raid, just to kill 1 mob) So before you feed this inferiority complex of yours anymore, witness a guild work, and dont fall into the jelousy trap. thx bye
